Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Required Information

  1. Physical or electronic signature

    A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest

  2. Identification of copyrighted work

    A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list

  3. Location of infringing material

    The specific URL(s) or location(s) on our website where the material you claim is infringing is located. Be as specific as possible to help us locate the content quickly

  4. Your contact information

    Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you if necessary

  5. Good faith statement

    A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  6. Accuracy statement

    A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

⚠️ Important Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

You may submit your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent using one of the following methods:

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice - We will review your notice for completeness and validity within 1-3 business days
  2. Take action - If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
  3. Notify the user - We will make a good faith attempt to notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
  4. Confirm removal - We will send you a confirmation once the content has been removed

Expected Timeline

  • Initial response: Within 48 hours
  • Content removal (if valid): Within 72 hours
  • Confirmation email: Within 5 business days

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district if you are outside the US)
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, LionAPK has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
